Drunkenness.— Mary Kennedy alias Wallace, was fined 40s. Two first offenders were fined 5s each. Creating a Disturbance. James Knighten, Hugh Evans, and John King wore charged with creating a disturbance in Salisbury street, on the 28th August. The offence was clearly proved, on the testimony of three witnesses. The defendants were fined 10s.
