Donald, Esq., R.M.] Drunkenness —White Schmidt, arrested by Constable Creighton for this offence, was fined 10s. Michael Fox, arrested by Constable Hewitt on a similar charge, was fined ss. The same prisoner,- for damaging.the arresting constable's jumper, was ordered to pay damage amouting to 355. J
