Mr Edwards applied for an order issuing letters of administration to Elizabeth Kinsman, as widow of deceased. His Honor made the order. BE WILL OF CATHERINE WAITT, DECEASED On the application of Mr George Harper, bis Honor made an order issuing letters of administration, with the will annexed, to Thomas Mnedonald and D. 0. Macdonald, as residuary legatees of the deceased. BE, "Wat. DEAKIN. Th\a ease, which was an application for diijehargo under the Debtors' and Creditors' Act, had stood over from last Chamber day for the filing of a fresh certificate by the chairman of the creditors' meeting. This having been done, His Honor now granted the order of discharge, AVILSON V. KING AND OTIIEKB.
