COMMERCIAL TELEGRAMS. Auckland, August 16. Alfred Buckland reports—Fat cattle, 27s to 35s per lOOlbs; fat sheep, 3d to 4d, averaging 3£d; store sheep, in low condition, unsaleable. G. W. Binney reports no improvement in business in the flour market, which is overstocked, and Bhows a decided drooping tendency. Flour, £ll to £1110s: bran, 7s; pollard, 7s ; oats, 4s 6d; wheat, ss; oatmeal, £22; pearl barley, £2l; maize, 5s 6d ; Canterbury potatoes, £6 103; local potatoes, £5 10s; butter, Is (wanted); bacon, in cloth, Is 2d ; bare, 8d; cheese, 7d (scarce).
