Mails olcßß at the Chief Post Office for the olio-wintr places as under, subject to the necessary alterations THURSDAY, AUGUST 1. For Otago, overland, at 6 a.m For Northern Ports, per Kin nrooma, at 1 50 p.m.; late letters, 2.10 p.m. ; railway station, 2,40 p.m. train. FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, For Otago, overland, at 11 a.m. For Northern Ports and Sydney, per Wnkatipn, at 3p.m.; late letters, 3.20 p.m.; railway station, 4 p.m train. For Northern Ports, per St. Kilda, at 4.45 p.m. Guard's van must not be used for St. Kilda’s mail. SATURDAY, AUGUST 3.
