SITTINGS IN CHAMBEKS. Tuesday, July 23. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston. J His Honor sat in the Court Chamber at 11 a.m. RE DAVID PATTRICK. On the application of Mr Greseon, his Honor made an order of discharge herein. RE THOMAS KENT. Mr Slater applied for an order of discharge of the debtor. His Honor made the order. BE WALTER SMITH ALLEN. In this ease his Honor made a similar order on the application of Mr Slater. WILL OF CHRISTIAN ALFELD, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Thompson, his Honor made an order granting letters of administration, with will annexed, to Dorothea Alfold as widow of deceased. BE GOODS OF SABAH QUINE, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to John Quine. as widower of deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE PETITION OF A. ST. G. HAMMERSLEY. A CREDITOR, AND JAMES FRASER, A DEBTOR. Mr George Harper applied for an order of adjudication herein, on the creditors' petition. His Honor made the order ; the debtor to surrender on July 30th. BE WILL OF W. PARISH, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order for leave to issue probate to John Parish, as one of the executors in the will named, the other having renounced. His Honor made the order.
