Bluff, Jnly 22. The Arawata left Melbourne at 3 p.m. on the 17th with the Suez mail, 44 saloon and 42 steerage passengers, 400 tons cargo, and 16 horses for all ports. She experienced strong N.E. gale, with head sea and thick weather across : arrived at the Bluff at 10 a.m., and sailed for Dunedin at 4 p.m. Saloon passengers for Lyttelton—Mrs McKie, Messrs Neighbours, Buckley, Smart, and Lane; and 40 tons cargo.
