freedom and neutrality of the Danuhian towns. Peace is understood to bo admitted. The question of the indemnity is left to Russia and Turkey, on condition that Turkish creditors have the first claim. Prince Bismarck warned Russia, that in the event of a failure in the payment no territory was to be claimable.
