The land is sitnated as under:—Ashley, 4221 acres 2 roods; Selwyn, 2292 acres ; Akaroa, 765 acres ; Ashburton, 1375 acres ; Geraldine, 200 acres 3 roods; Waimate, 310 acres. THE YEAE'S LAND REVENUE. A plot of land on the South Town Belt, near the Windmill road, 150 links by 200 links, for £325. A small plot of land on the Whately road, 45ft. by 51ft., with small store on same, for £075. A quarter of an acre of land in Hereford street east, with cottage, for £490. A quarter of an acre in Cashel street east, with house on same, for £7OO. One acre and seven perches, corner of Montreal street and South Town Bolt, for £2OOO. SUBURBAN LANDS. - An allotment on the Carlton Mill road, with dwelling-house on same, for £590, and three building plots at £7O each. A quarter acre in Colombo street south, with lean-to, for £4OO. Three and a-half acres of land on the Eiccartou road, just beyond the railway, for £llsO. Three acres of land at the bottom of Colombo street south, for £650. Thirty-one allotments adjoining the Plough Inn, Eiccarton, averaging about one-eighth of an acre, brought from £56 up to £lls per section.
