arrest of the prisoner, -who at the lock-up gave the name of John Clements. Prisoner had been brought up from the Benly about ten days ago on a charge of lunacy from drink. ' Constable Brigijs, watch-house keeper, deposed to prisoner having gone by the name of John James McGrath, whose trade was that of a blacksmith. Prisoner was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour. All tho money found upon him (Is 3d) was ordered to bo given to the barman, Gin«?nva.
