' Constable Brigijs, watch-house keeper, deposed to prisoner having gone by the name of John James McGrath, whose trade was that of a blacksmith. Prisoner was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour. All tho money found upon him (Is 3d) was ordered to bo given to the barman, Gin«?nva.
