The Customs duties collected here on Monday, Jnne 17th, amounted to £6lO 16s 9d. The items were as follows :-Wiue, £27 0s Id; spinta, £2ll 17s 9d; tobacco, £2O 12s 6d; cigars, £o3 5s ;; tea, £l9 7s9d; coffee. £l2 19s : ale (in bottle), £l7 os ; sugar, £7O 11s 7d; goods by weight, £96 4s Id ; ad valorem, £lO9 6s; other duties, £llßs. LAND SALE. Mr Hawkes held a sale of laud at Addington yesterday, when the following prices were realised : Lots laud 2, 28 perches, £SO each ; lots 3 and 4, 1 rood 3 perches, £3O each ; lot 5,2 o perches, £4OG lot 6, 26 perches, £4O ; lot /, 23 perches, £4O ; lot 8, 18 perches, £24. A four-roomed house, with threequarters of an acre of land, situate on the Pound road, brought £675.
