PROPERTY SALES. Messrs H. E. Nathan and Co. yesterday sold tho lease of Mr Stoddart's section fronting upon High andLichiield streets for £llOO. Wo hear also of the sale of an eighth of an acre in Lichfield street, next the Oddfellows' Hall, with house thereon, for £2500. Messrs J. T. Ford and Co. sold some sections of laud situate at tho Styx for £6O per acre. A house and ten acres of land in the same locality was withdrawn at £I3OO.
