Tni arrived from Kaikonras, Wellington, and Foxton at 2 this morning, and sails on her return trip this evening at 6 p.m. The s.s. Easby, from Sydney via Wellington, arrived in harbour at 7 this morning. She sails for Port Chalmers this afternoon. The Mary Bannatyne sailed for Hokitika this morning. The barque Circero took her departure for the United Kingdom this morning. The brig Greyhound arrived from the Bluff this morning. The s.s. Hinemoa, with his Excellency the Governor, arrived in harbour from Wellington at 8.30 this morning. The Circe sailed for Oamaru yesterday, the s.s, Akaroa towing her clear of the Heads. The Circe loads at Oamaru for Batavia. The Western Monarch will most probably finish loading to-day, and sail to-morrow. The s.s. St. Kilda passed the Heads yesterday afternoon, bound North. We learn from advices from America bearing date 6th April that the Mercury for Dunedin and Ly ttelton cleared out at New York on the 14th March. Amongst her cargo for Dunedin was 2250 cases kerosene. The Sothminster, a ship of 1248 tons was up for loading at New York, and was to sail on the 10th May for Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington. A barque of 468 tons, the Emma L. Partridge was in a loading berth at Boston for Dunedin only; her sailing date was set down as the 15th April, i CLEAEANCE OF THE MALACCA. This handsome little barque finished loading and cleared the Customs for London yesterday, with the following cargo : 7598 sacks wheat value £7598 134 bales wool 2680 1 case cheese 2 6 packages effects 100 450 cases meats 1350 £11,730 The Malacca will leave for London to-day.
