OHPvISTCHUBOH Saturday, Mat 11. [Before F. Hobbs, Esq., J.P.] Drunk and Disorderly.—Patrick Butler, for being drunk and disorderly and for resisting Constable Lonergan in the execution of his duty, was fined 40s. Assault. —Bridget Ferrick was charged with assaulting her husband, Anthony Ferrick. Shewas remanded till Monday. Threatening Language.—Robert Shannon, charged with using threatening language in Colombo street, was fined 10s. John Irvine was charged with using threatening language to his wife. As it had been arranged that prisoner should be sent to the Selwyn Home, the case was dismissed, his wife withdrawing the charge.
