Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places as under, subject to the necessary alterations: — SATURDAY. MAY 11. For Otago, overland, at 6 a.m. For Nelson, Westport, Greymonth, and Hokitika, per Maori, at 11 a.m.; late letters, 11.20 n.m.; railway station, 12.10 p m. train. For Otago, per Taranaki, at 11 a.m.; late letters, at 11.20 a.m.: railway station, 12.10 p.m. train. MONDAY,"MAY 13. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Wanaka, at 3 p.m.; late letters, 3.20 p.m.; railway station, 4 p.m. train. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Riugarooma. , „ ~ For Napier and Auckland, per Southern Cross. SYDNEY J. DICK, Chief Postmaster.
