Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places as under, subject to the necessary alterations: — MONDAY, APEIL 29. For Otago, o verland, at 6 a.m. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Albion, at 11 a.m.; late letters, 11.20 a.m.; railway station, 12.10 p.xn. train. For Northern Ports, per Hawea, at 3 p.m.; late letters, 3.20 p.m,; railway station, 4 p.m, train. For 'Wellington, Sydney, and Newcastle, N.S.W., per Eosby, at 4.45 p.m. Guard’s van must not be used for Easby’s mails, TUESDAY, APEIL 30, For Otago, overland, at 11 a.m. The next English mail via Suez will'-close 4th SYDNEY" J. DICK, Cfei;f Jest master.
