The Russians are closed to Constantinople, and threaten the occupation of it if the English fleet enters the Dardanelles. Russia, among other terms' of peace, demands a portion of Bessarabia, which may involve complications with Austria and Roumania. There is general excitement here. INTKRPROYINCIAL.
