MAGISTRATES’ COURT.
CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, February 6. [Before G. L. MAUeh, Esq, R.M.] Drunkenness.—William Ogier was fined 40s, and a first offender ss. Exposure, —John Jack was charged with committing an act of this nature in the White Hart Hotel. Sentenced to twelve months’ imprisonment with hard labor.
