P.] Drunk and Disorderly.—Patrick John Meehan, charged with drunkenness, was fined 20s ; Mary Ann Kivkwood, an old offend r. and against whom there were several reco I convictions, was sentenced to one months' imprisonment with hard labor. Yaqbancy. Johanna Q-allagher, aliens Censor, was charged with this offence. It

was shown on the evidence of Sergeant Hughes and Constable Brookes, that accused was in the habit of sleeping in outhouses and gardens, and for some little time past had been leading a vagrant life. Sentenced to three months' imprisonment, with hard labor.
