General Gourka has advanced on Sophia. The Servians have captured Mwriman. Six thousand Turks are advancing to succour Scutari and Antivari, on the Adriatic. The snow delays the Russian artillery in Asia. INTERPROYINOIAL. Shipping Disasters at Timaru. Wellington, December 22. The Agent-General notifies by cable the sailing of the ship Gainsborough, with 250 immigrants for Nelson and Wellington ; the Carnatic and Wanganui, with 436 immigrants for Canterbury ; and the Piako and Wellington, with 462 immigrants for Port Chalmers. Timaru, December 22. There was heavy south-east weather last night, and about sixl this morning the brig Craig Ellachie parted both anchors and went ashore. Those on board got ashore all right. The Kate MacGregor is dragging her anchors rapidly towards the beach. Greymouth, December 22. The Wealth of Nations Company has declared a dividend (the 32nd) of 5s per scrip.
