Malls close at the Chief Poet Offloe for the following places as under, Bibject to necessary alterations : SATUBDAY, DECEMI3EE 8. Fot Otago per overland, at 6 a.m. For Otago, per Kotura, at 11 a.m.; late letters, at 11.20 a.m.; railway station, per 12.10 p.m. train. For Northern Ports.per Tarannki, at 1.50 p.m.; late letters, 2.10 p.m.; railway station, 2.40 p.m. train. The next English mail via San Francisco closes on Saturday, December 15th, at 8 p.m., aid will be due in London on or about the 31tt January, 1878. SiTDNEY J. DICK.
