PARLIAMENTARY INCIDENTS.

[fEOM THE CORHESPONUENT OF THE PRESS.] Wellington, December 5. The Public Reserves Bill and Consolidated Stock Bill will be passed to-night, and the House will probably go into Committee of Supply. The Loan Bill has just been distributed, providing for four millions. It will cause a long debate. The work in the House of Representatives may be nearly finished to-morrow, but the debate in the Upper House over the hand Bill will probably occupy till Saturday at least.

There is some amusement at the Consolidated Stock Bill being brought down, as it is the Inscription of Stock Bill of the late Groyernment under another name.
