[By Telegraph.] [pee press agency.] LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. Friday, November 16. The Imprest Supply Bill was passed through all its stages. The Education Bill was further considered, and was also passed through all its stages. The aiding clause added yesterday was to-day struck out, the Speaker considering it an appropriation clause.
