The Court of Appeal opened this morning before the full Bench, Chief Justice Prendererast, Justices Johnston, Eichmond, Gillies, Williams. The bar present were Messrs Cook, Travers. Barton, Macassey, Stout, Bell, Brandon, Fitz Gerald. Several cases are down for hearing. The Immigration Department will advertise to-night for tenders for the conveyance of immigrants and cargo, for twelve months, from the United .!< ingdom to the colony.
