PARLIAMENTARY INCIDENTS.
[FEOM THE COBBEBPONDENT OF THE PRESS.] Wellington, November 11. Affairs havo not changed since Friday. To-morrow being purely for Government business, no notices of motion are on the Order Paper. Major Atkinson will probably bring forward his motion again. There is much comment on the Speaker's ruling excluding its beiug put on Friday. Something must be done this week, as supplies are almost run out, and will not last beyond a day or so. It is reported that, if the Government stay in, Mr Eeader Wood will be appointed AgentGoneral. He is going to England almost immediately. [PEE PEESB AGENCY.] The motion of which Mr Travers has given notice in connection with the privilege question is—" That the thanks of the House be tendered to His Excellency for his message, and that, in the opinion of the House, the action of Ministers was unconstitutional and merited censure."
