LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.

The Council met at the usual hour, and, having occupied an hour discussing points of order, adjourned till the usual hour tomorrow afternoon, when the Hon. Mr Buckley will (providing no Minister has been appointed in the meantime) move that Colonel Brett’s motion for adjournment of the Council from day to day be read and rescinded.
