FOUND DROWNED.

About a quarter past three to-day some men called Constable Johnstone’s attention to a body in the river opposite the Royal Hotel. When taken out there was nothing on the body by which to identify it. He is about forty years of age sft. Bin., short build, red hair, and long red beard; wants some teeth in front. Had on dark grey tweed suit, and wore a digger’s sash round his body. The body awaits identification at the dead house.
