Mails close at the Chief Post-office for the following places as under, subject to necessary alterations i THURSDAY, SBITEMBEft 13. For Oainaru, overland, at <J a.m. Tor Chatham Islands, at 11 a.m. For Otugo ami Australian Colonieu, per- Gland Hamilton, on the 15th iust. The next English mail, via San Francisco, will close at Chris tchorch on or about Saturday, the 22nd inst, J. J. FITZGIBBON, Chief Postmaster.
