MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Thursday, August 9. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.) Embezzlement.— H. W. Paterson, alias T, H. Fielding, answered to his bail on above charge. The Governor’s warrant had arrived, and his Worship told accused he would extend his bail until Saturday next, when the Tararua would sail for Melbourne.
