The quantity of land sold at the Waste Lands office ou Thursday was 4813 acres, situated as follows : -Ashley, 28 acres; Selwyn, 1583 acres ; Ashburton, 861 acres; Goraldine, 097 acres; Waimate, 1341 acres.
