SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, August 3. [Before his Huiiur Mr Justice Johnston.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. RE CHARLES AUGUSTUS HAINES. On the motion of Mr Thomas, his Honor made an order of discharge herein. RE .fOIIN THOMSON. Mr O'Neill applied for an order of discharge in this case. The matter stood over till Tuesday. RE PHILIP TISCH. On the application of Mr Wynn Williams, his Honor made an order fixing time for declaration of second dividend after fourteen days' notice. RE W. ARTHUR GRAY. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order for payment of costs out of personal estate; of lunatic. His Honor made an order granting a ride nisi calling upon the Public Trustee to show cause why the order should not be made. Rule returnable in one month. RE HENRY BENNETT, DECEASED. On the application of Mr George Harper, probate was granted herein to Robert Bennett and David Wilson, as executors. WILL OE CATHERINE JANE THOMSON. In this case an order was made for appointment of new trustees.
