Trustees Murray's Estate v L. Jacobsen, claim £3 17s ; Mr H. N. Nalder for plaintiff; judgment by default with costs £2 4s. Thansfee of License.—Upon the application of C. W. H. Woledge, the license of the British Hotel was transferred to John Elvines. _
