Lord Derby refuses the propositi to neutralise the Suez Canal, and has informed the Russian Ambassador at London, the Porte, and the Khedive that England is determined to disallow warlike operations on the Canal. Londox, June 7. Sir Stafford Northcote has refused to table a copy of the despatch re the Suez Canal, on the ground of inexpediency, though asked to do so by the Marquis of Hartington. A coalition ministry has been formed at Athens. The Tanjore, with the Suez mail, arrived at G-alle on the 4th. INTERPROVINCIAL. Duxeihx, June 8. A false alarm of fire was raised in the Princess Theatre last night during an amateur performance. Many people quitted the building in an excited manner. No one was hurt.
