CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, A i'kie 27. (Before C. Whitofoord, Esq., R.M.) Drunk Ano Disorderly. William Aubrey was fined l()s, and Patrick Butler, an old offender, was sentenced lo one month’s imprisonment with hard labor. Three inebriates, who appeared for the first time, were each lined ss, and a fourth 10s. LYTTELTON. Friday, April 27. [Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.] Drunkenness. —James Ross, charged by Constable Devine with the above offence, was ordered to pay a fine of 10s; or, in default, forty-eight hours’ hard labour.
