MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
— *. CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, April 20. (Before G-. L. Lee, Esq., and Dr Deamer, J.P.’s.) Drunk and Disorderly. —Dominick Mullaly, for being drunk at the Christchurch railway station, and resisting the constable, ■was fined 20s and Is cab hire ; two inebriates, who appeared for the first time, were each fined ss; Cornelius O’Callaghan was fined 10s and cab hire ; Daniel Pasche was fined 5s and cautioned. Illegally on Premises. —Archibald Galbraith, arrested for being found illegally on the premises of Mr W. Gregory, Antigua street, and damaging some shrubs, was fined 10s, and ordered to pay 6s for damage done. Committing a Nuisance. —Henry Worley, charged with committing a nuisance in a railway carriage on the Rangiora line, was fined 20s. Breach of the Peace. —William Hill and William Profit!, for committing a breach of the peace in view of a constable, were each fined 10s.
