Newington—Obtaining money under false pretences. Regina v W. C. Jacobson—Embezzlement. Regina v Robt. A. Buchanan—Embezzlement. Regina v Edwin Wadman—Embezzlement Regina v Frank Messitcr—Larceny of pos letters. Regina v Edward Poolcy and Albert Bramhall—Malicious injury to property above the value of £5 in a dwelling house.
