The exports to New Zealand during the month amount in value to £181,400. Chrysolite colt is very firm for the St Legcr, at six to four. Chester is first favorite for the Champagne Stakes ; Pride of the Hills for the Cup at a hundred to fourteen. Blondin crossed the Middle Harbor on a rope, privately, on Thursday. His public performance advertised for to-day is likely to be postponed, in consequence of the heavy rain prevailing. There is no fresh commercial news. The steamer Thelis arrived at Cooktown yesterday, from Hong Kong, with 500 Chinese. There is a supposed case of small-pox on board. Lqndon, March 29. There is a more hopeful feeling with regard to the Eastern Question. A meeting of the Cabinet has been called. Russia is apparently disposed towards concession.
