Wednesday, March 21. (Before G. L. Melliah, iisq., U M.) Drunk and Disorderly.— Au inebriate, who appeared for the first time, and had been admitted to bail, was lined 10s ; another first offender was fined ss. Wm. Warner, charged with drunkenness and being illegally on the promises of the Christchurch Fail way Station, was fined 20s. '•■lllegally on Premises. Thomas Courtney, arrested for being illegally on the premises of the. Golden Age Hotel, was sentenced to forty-eight hours’ imprisonment with hard labor. " Lunacy From Drink.—Janet WcKmlay, who had been remanded on this charge, was brought up and discharged.
