Drunkenness.— John Gardner was fined 20s, or in default forty-eight hours ; John Bowman fined 20s, or in default forty-eight hours ; John Air and John Wilson fined ss, or twenty-four hours in default.? Lunacy from Drink. —Janet McKinlay, brought up on this charge, was remanded to Addington Gaol till the 24th inst.

LYTTELTON. (Before W. Donald, Esq., E.M.) Lunacy from Drink. —Charles Hcnney, who had been remanded from Christchurch, on the sth instant, for medical treatment, was dismissed with a caution.
