Tuesday, March 6. For the Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Taranaki, at 3.10 p.m.; late letters, 3.30 p.m. ; railway station, 4 p.m. train. For Wellington and Kaikouva, per Tui, at 4.45 p.m. Fbiday, March 9.
Mails per Rotorua will close as under :—■ For the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, at 1.40 p.m.; late letters, 2 p.m. For the Continent of Europe, America, Fiji, and Sandwich Islands, at 1.20 p.m. ; late letters, 1.40 p.m. For Northern Provinces of New Zealand, at 1.40 p.m ; late letters, 2 p.m. For Sydney, at 1.40 p.m. ; late letters, 2 p.m. For money orders, noon. For regist red letters, P?.30 p.m. For postiag book packets and newspapers, 1 p.m. Late letters for the above mails can be posted in the Guard's Van, Christchurch Railway Station, up to 2.30 p.m. train, provided such letters bear, in addition to the full rate of postage, a further single rate of postage aa a late fee.
