CITY GUARDS.
The final competition for the Cups presented by the Company came off on Monday, February 12th. The conditions were—The Company to be divided into two classes. To be won in three competitions. Ist class—--Ist competition, 200 yards and 400 yards ; 2nd 400 yards and 500 yards ; 3rd, 600 yards and 600 yards. 2nd class—lst competition, 100 yards and 200 yards ; 2nd, 200 yards and 300 yards ; 3rd, 800 yards and 400 yards. Five shots at each range. Ist class—Sin bull’s eye at 200 yards. 2nd class—Sin bull’s eye at 100 yards and 200 yards. Three prizes in each class. The following are the scores First Glass.
* Absent. In shooting off the tie Hill made a bull’s eye and centre, and Ekbsrg bull’s eye and outer.
