Drunk and Disorderly. Thomas Daniels, charged, with being drunk and breaking a pane of glass in a shop window in Colombo street, was remanded until 13th instant, as he was still suffering from the effects of drink. Thomas Ryan, charged with drunkenness and breaking a pane of glass in Mr Sullivan's dining-rooms, Cashel street, was ordered to pay 40s, damage done. Ellen Jordan, arrested for being drunk, was fined 20a and 2a cab-hire. Henry Toppin was fined 10s, Two inebriates, who appeared for the first time, were each fined ss. ■fane Kirk, a first offender, was remanded for medical treatment.
