Wednesday, November 8. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq, R.M.] Drunk and Disorderly. For this offence James McHenry was fined 5s ; Michael Cain, ss; William Dimond, 10s and 2s cab-hire.

Violent Assault. —Neil McPhie, for violenlty assaulting his wife, was ordered to enter into his own recognizances for £lO to keep the peace for twelve months, or in default, one month’s imprisonment. Vagrancy. For this offence Emanuel Green was sentenced to ninety-six hours’ imprisonment with hard labour. Drunk and Disorderly and Illegally on Premises. William Joynt, for this offence, was fined 10s.
