CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, October 4. [Before G, L. Mellish, Esq, R.M.] Drunk and Disorderly, Three ine briates, who appeared for the first time, were each fined ss. Michael Ryan was fined 10s; Mary Hall, 10s and 2s cab-hire; and Michael Geary 10s. LYTTELTON. Wednesday, October 4. [Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.] Drunk and Fighting in Streets.— John Me Oermot and Thomas Wheeler were charged by Constable Bullen with fighting in the streets, at 11 o’clock last evening. The Bench inflicted a fine of 20s. Drunk and . Disorderly. Charles Brown, arrested by Constable Bullen, charged with the above, was fined 10s, or forty-eight hours’ imprisonment. •
