Friday, September 22. [Before W. Donald, Es., R.M.] Drunkenness.— George Ytler, arrested by Sergeant Smith, charged with the above, was lined 10s, or, in default, forty-eight hours’. Refusal of Duty. —Henry P. Marson was brought up charged by Captain Leslie, of the ship Border Chief, with this offence. It appeared, from the evidence of the captain, that the accused, who was very negligent in his duty as steward, had been disrated, when he refused to turn to. The Bench ordered accused on board, telling him he must obey the master’s commands.
