SITTINGS IN BANCO. Tuesday, September 19. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston,) His Honor took his seat in Court at 11 a.in. GEE V MOORE This was an argument on demurrer. The plaintiff demurred to the third and sixth plea of the defendant’s declaration. Mr Joynt for the plaintiff and in support of the demurrer. Mr Garrick for defendant and contra. After hearing argument from counsel on both sides, his Honor took time to consider. GILMOUR V BRUCE. This was also a demurrer, in which a lengthy argument took place, his Honor ultimately reserving his judgment. EE G. L. MELLISH. R.M. In this case the return to the rule nisi, calling on defendant to snow cause why a mandamus should not issue was, due, but owing to the illness of Dr Foster it stood over until October 17th. FOWLER V M'ARTHUR AND ANOTHER. In this case his Honor, on the application of Mr Joynt, made an order for defendants to pay certain costs. WASTE LANDS BOARD AND RE APPLICATION OP GEORGE HART. This was a case for the opinion of his Honor, submitted by the Waste Lands Board. His Honor now gave his decision, that the application of George Hart for a license to occupy the land applied for must be granted
