MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, September 15. (Before G. L. Hellish, Esq., 8.M.) Drunk and Disorderly.— An inebriate, who appeared for the first time, was fined. Transfer of License.— On the application of Mr Wynn Williams, a temporary transfer of the license of the Black Horse Hotel was granted to Mrs Mary Martin, widow of the late landlord of the Hotel.
