CHRISTCHURCH. Monday, Sept. 4. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq, R.M.) Drunk and Disorderly.—Two inebriates, who appeared for the first time, were each tined ss. Robert Grant, charged with being drunk aud using obscene language, was fined 10s. Drunkenness and Indecency.—Patrick O'Brien, for being drunk and committing an act of indecent exposure in Cathedral square on Saturday night, was fined 10s, LYTTELTON. Monday, Sept. 4, TBefore W. Donald, Esq., R.M.] Drunkenness.—George W. Wood, ar. rested by Constable Bullen, charged Avith this offence, was dismissed with a caution. Djrunk and Disorderly.—Donald Duncan, arrested bj r Constable Bullen, and John Herken, arrested by Sergeant-Major O'Grady, charged with this offence, were dismissed with a caution,
