AMUSEMENTS.

THE LYDIA HOWARDE TROUPE.

The burlesque of " Ivanhoe" was again performed on Saturday night at the Music Hall to a large and appreciative audience. The piece seems to lose none of its popularity by its frequent repetition; but on the other hand seems to be gaining still greater prestige. The management have in rehearsal the great play of "The Beggar's Opera," which they intend to produce on a scale of great magnificence, and as the numerous pieces already placed on the stage by this clever company, have given such general satisfaction, M r e predict for this play a similar success. '■' Ivanhoe" will be repeated this evening.
