Dkunkennbss. Alexander McKenzie, who had been arrested la3t night by c nstable Moutray for being drunk on the railway premises, was fined 10s. Assault.—Robert Coder was called on to answer a summons taken out against him by W. Johnson. The defendant did not appear, and a warrant was issued for hia arrest, the ca-:e being adjourned until Monday.
